Our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses.
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Ireland & EU: 7–15 business days

  • UK: 7–15 business days

  • USA / Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, local carriers, or external delays outside our control.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link (where available).
Please allow 2–5 days after dispatch for the tracking to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to absence or refusal

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address entry

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.
